Summary of Wedding Services I Provide
PRE WEDDING DAY:
* Meet with you at your home at a time of your convenience
* Provide written estimate of fee for wedding services with no hidden charges
* Sight all ID and relevant documents for recording
* Complete, witness and lodge your Notice of Intended Marriage
* Provide letter to Appropriate Embassy for any Fiancee Sponsor Visa application (if required)
* Provide written guidance for composing your own personal vows
* Compose your wedding ceremony to adhere to the Australian Marriage Act 1961 as well as to suit your particular style - individually tailored to you
* Unlimited email and phone contact
* Consult with you for your approval of final draft of ceremony - allowing you the editing rights whilst maintaining parameters within the Act
Provide wedding rehearsal either onsite or at your home (if required)
* Oversee your signing of mandatory Statutory Declarations prior to wedding

WEDDING DAY:
* Arrive onsite to set up usually around 1 hour prior to ceremony
* Wear suitable clothing that is NOT the same colour as your wedding party's - this is YOUR day, not mine. (I'll just blend in with the crowd).
* Meet with wedding party and members of wedding families and engage with them to ease any pre-ceremony nerves.
* Professionally conduct your wedding ceremony - complete with PA system, chair and table with white cloth and some decoration (if required).
* Provide keepsake booklet of wedding ceremony words plus a small gift for bride and groom.
POST WEDDING DAY:
* Lodge all marriage documents with the relevant state Registry of Births, Deaths and Marriages
* If required, apply for your Registered Marriage Certificate to the Registry Office at the time of my lodging your marriage documents. This certificate will be necessary if you choose to adopt your spouse's surname when applying for name change on driver's licence or passports etc. If it is applied for by the celebrant at the time of lodgement of marriage documents, it usually will take a couple of weeks via registered post and saves you the added burden of going in person to apply for it with 100 points of ID etc.
* Provide follow up questionnaire form for your valuable feedback
FEES:
* Small midweek ceremonies from $620.
* Standard weekend ceremonies within Sydney metro area from $820.
NB: ceremonies may incur additional fees subject to negotiation.
You will receive a written quote for your ceremony at the time of interview after we have discussed your needs.
* Terms: 50% non-refundable deposit upon lodgement of Notice and acceptance of booking. Balance payable 7 days prior to ceremony.
